Triple glazing does not soundproof your home, but it can help to significantly reduce the amount of noise entering your home from the outside. Adding a 3rd layer in the form of an extra pane of glass will only provide a small increase in soundproofing. The difference between the amount of noise entering your home through the windows on single and double glazing is much greater and upgrading your single glazing to double will provide much more value.
