Traditional Steel Replica
Our range of Alitherm heritage doors is perfect for traditional projects where steel replacements are necessary. Aluminium has numerous benefits over steel: it’s lighter, more energy efficient with a thermal polyamide break, and aluminium is far less likely to develop rust. There’s no need to worry about compromising the classic steel door design either, with the right finish modern aluminium frames can look virtually identical to heritage steel doors.

As with our other doors made from the same material, our Aluminium heritage doors come with double glazing as standard. Included in the glazed unit you will find a warm edge spacer bar made from an extruded PVC material specifically designed to reduce transference of heat between the panes of glass keeping more heat inside the property. The glass used in our Aluminium heritage doors is comprised of 4mm clear toughened glass to the outside and 4mm clear Low E toughened glass on the inside.
You have the option of upgrading to acoustic lamination for excellent noise reduction. This upgrade features two 3mm pieces of glass put together with a noise reducing interlayer.
Our obscure glass range provides both substance and style. All patterns are classified according to their level of obscurity in relation to each other, with one being least obscure and five being most obscure.
