Lead Times

The lead time is the time between the initiation and completion of our production process. Simply put, this is the time between when you order your doors/windows and when they are delivered. We aim to update this page daily providing a transparent ordering process. We operate on a first come first serve basis in which we quote enquiries and process orders in order of their arrival. Please note that all our lead times are subject to product specification and capacity, and your final week commencing delivery date will be confirmed at the point of order.

Please be aware that deliveries to the following postcodes: DD, EX, KA, LL, PH, DG, SA, TQ and TR are subject to an additional lead time of between 1 to 4 weeks. In addition, delivery charges may apply for some postcodes, including but not limited to EX, TQ, PL, TR, NR, IP and CT. Please read our delivery information for further information.
