Our contemporary aluminium casement window comes in a modernised flush design. The excellent performance of our traditional aluminium casement window has been matched with the traditional aesthetics of external flush contours. The flush casement comes with all the benefits you would expect from a highly engineered aluminium window design.
With strength like no other material and a life-span measured in decades rather than years, aluminium has become the perfect choice for home owners. One of the main benefits of aluminium is its simple and straight forward maintenance, a simple wipe-down is all that’s required to keep your new windows looking their best.
If you require elements of heritage but don’t want to lose out on the best possible performance, then our aluminium flush casements windows are the obvious choice. When closed the window sashes sit flush into the frame; this design is considered in-keeping with traditional windows as it imitates the construction of original timber windows.

The standard glass unit used in our aluminium flush windows is 24mm in depth and is comprised of 4mm clear glass to the outside, a warm edge spacer bar and 4mm clear Low E glass on the inside.
The inclusion of argon gas in to the cavity of a double-glazed unit reduces the heat conductance between the panes. This happens because the gas is 6 times denser that air.
Pilkington Optiphon is an acoustic laminated glass that offers excellent noise reduction without compromising on light transmittance or impact performance. Two 3mm pieces of glass are put together with a noise reducing interlayer typically 0.8mm thick. This glass offers the dual benefit of noise reduction and security.
Warm edge spacer bars insulate the edges of a sealed glass unit and separate the panes of glass. Traditionally, spacer bars were made of aluminium, however the warm edge spacer bar used in our glass units is an extruded PVC material specifically designed to reduce transference of heat between the panes of glass keeping more heat inside the property.
Pilkington’s obscure glass range provides obscuration and decoration. All patterns are classified according to their level of obscurity in relation to each other, with 1 being least obscure and 5 being most obscure.
Our aluminium windows come with the option to upgrade the security to our PAS 24:2016 security package. PAS 24 is a set standard with specifications as to which our aluminium windows have been tested against.
The PAS 24 upgrade includes:
The upgrade is generally mandatory on new-build projects.
Please note that on flush styles, the window will always have a sash even when it’s non-opening. This allows the window to achieve what is known as equal sightlines.

It comes with an extended cambered polyamide thermal break making it suitable for virtually all projects.
