Classic Sliding Sash Windows
Sliding sash windows are one of the most popular window styles due to their classic appearance. The sliding sashes are known for their heritage aesthetic that is common amongst traditional properties. If you are looking to add charm to your Sheffield home, this is the style for you.
From the Ovolo frame, run-through sash horns to the beads, our sliding sash windows will emulate the stunning timber appearance that homeowners look for. We also offer a wide selection of colours and hardware in two finishes to complete the look of the sliding sash windows.
Unlike earlier timber models, our uPVC sliding sash windows can adapt to each weather condition, keeping your Sheffield home secure. The multi-chambered frame and the weather bar helps to aid the resistance against unwelcome rainwater and cold draughts from entering your home. You can feel protected at all times.
Our vertical sliding sash windows are designed to last and require very little maintenance. Aside from cleaning the glazing, we only advise that you wash down the frame with a damp cloth and soapy water. This only ever needs completing every four to five months. You can have one less thing to worry about with our windows.
Our Colour Options
Our sliding sash windows are available in a wide range of colours, including stunning, authentic woodgrains. Whatever age of property these sliding sash windows are to be installed in we have a colour to suit. We even offer a bespoke colour bonding service, whereby we can produce windows in almost any conceivable hue.
The Legacy uPVC sliding sash windows we supply are equipped with a whole range of different hardware. The hardware we use has been carefully selected based on aesthetics, robustness, and ease of use. Our heritage hardware maintains the authentic period charm that makes these windows a great timber replica. Options also include travel restrictors.

One of the benefits of investing in double glazing that is often unknown is the soundproofing benefits. The thick glass panes help prevent the amount of external sound you hear in your Sheffield home. This is the ideal solution for homeowners that live in a busy neighbourhood or by a main road – or simply if you just want some peace and quiet.
