Every day here at Quickslide could bring something new and exciting. From overseeing hi-tech machinery to manual processes such as welding, frame assembly, glazing, installation of ancillaries and more, you’ll have the opportunity to get stuck in with every part of the fabricating process. Your responsibilities include keeping your environment safe and efficient, along with ensuring the product you manufacture is made on time and meets the high-quality standards our customers expect from Quickslide. Your aim will be to become an expert in select areas of the fabrication process of certain products. However, cross-departmental collaboration and training will be offered to keep you on your toes and ensure your work remains fulfilling and enjoyable.

We offer a structured induction programme – the Quickslide Training Academy. The exclusive induction trains on all aspects of the role that you’ll need to succeed in fabricating world-class windows and doors. As part of the induction programme, you’ll be supported by an existing member of staff who will show you the ‘Quickslide ways’, introduce you to co-workers and make sure you know where to go when and who to speak to for what.
