How do sliding sash windows work?
A sash window will consist of two sashes that slide up and down. At Quickslide, you will be able to have a slide and tilt facility on both sashes. We use a constant force balance and spring balance system to keep the sashes from immediately sliding back down.
Can I install your sliding sash windows in new builds?
Yes, you will be able to install our products into a new build home. Our sliding sash windows are manufactured to comply with new building regulations, including Approved Document Q (security).

Will your replacement sliding sash windows match my existing timber windows?
You will be able to opt for a whole range of extras, including run-through sash horns and Georgian bars to match existing windows. Please do send us photos of your existing windows, and we’ll be happy to design your new windows to match them as closely.
