Specification Support from a Project Specialist
A designated project specialist supports you from early design through to order. They advise on profiles, glazing, colours and hardware, help match performance to the Building Regulations that apply, and prepare a specification that fits the project budget.
For quick guidance, use our Building Regs tools on energy ratings, trickle vents, fire escape, PAS 24 and Approved Document K.
Technical Drawings, Test Reports and Installation Guides
Our product pages and Resource Library hold the technical information specifiers ask for, including key cross sections, test reports and product brochures, along with performance data such as U-values and energy ratings.
Contractors can follow our installation guides and installation videos to fit the products correctly. If you need technical information you cannot find on our website, your project specialist will be happy to help.
Samples and Visuals for Clients and Planners
Help clients and planning officers see exactly what they are approving. We supply window samples, corner sections and colour swatches, along with brochures, case studies and project photography from our portfolio, and bespoke sales materials to complement your proposals.
On a conservation project in Bolsover, the council's heritage manager approved our windows using images from our online brochure. Read the Bolsover case study.
Manufacturing Experts, Not Resellers
We have manufactured windows and doors for over 20 years, so you deal directly with the people who make your product. In-house colour bonding and woodgrain foiling give you a wide choice of finishes, and in-house profile bending allows arched and shaped frames.
Every window and door in our range is made at our Brighouse factory, so one team is responsible for quality from the profile to delivery on site.
Support for Heritage and Conservation Projects
Conservation area projects need early agreement with the planning authority. We help you get there with samples, drawings and brochure images the conservation officer can review, and a project specialist to answer their questions. At Bolsover Model Village, 16 windows were approved this way.
You can see the heritage details available, such as slim midrails, astragal bars and run-through horns, on our uPVC sliding sash windows page. For more conservation work, see South Lincolnshire and a Lancashire conservation area. Planning decisions always rest with the local authority.
Once specified, products are delivered on our own vehicles with an On-Time-In-Full rate of currently 98.2%, so your programme is not held up waiting for windows.
Performance, Security and Accreditations
Products are manufactured to BS EN 14351, with BS EN 1279 insulating glass units and quality management audited by CENSolutions. PAS 24 enhanced security is available, and every product has a 10-year insurance-backed manufacturing guarantee. Our products are UKCA marked.
