A Designated Project Specialist
Your project specialist works with you from the drawings stage, helping you choose styles, colours and glazing that suit the development and the budget. They help you understand the Building Regulations that apply to glazing, such as energy ratings, ventilation, safety and fire escape, and stay with the project through ordering and delivery.
In-House Manufacturing for a Faster Turnaround
We manufacture in house at Brighouse, including woodgrain foiling, colour bonding and profile bending, so we are not waiting on outside suppliers for finishes or shaped frames. That takes weeks out of the supply chain and helps keep your build programme on track.
Our £1.5 million cutting centre, installed in 2023, adds capacity for larger orders. Current lead times are on our Lead Times page.

Once your specification is agreed, trade account holders can create quotes and place orders 24/7 through Quickli, our online ordering portal, with real-time pricing on uPVC sliding sash windows, uPVC casement and flush casement windows in standard configurations, aluminium bifold doors, aluminium sliding patio doors and aluminium heritage doors. Other products, such as aluminium windows and uPVC doors, are quoted by our sales team. Everyone on your team can have their own login.
Every order comes with confirmation, payment and delivery notifications, so your site team knows what is coming and when. Credit account holders can also ask for our straight-to-order feature, which sends orders straight into production without extra paperwork checks.
Delivery Direct to Site
We deliver on our own vehicles to your business address or direct to site. Each order is given a week commencing delivery date, and our transport team confirms the estimated day and driver details no later than a week before delivery. Our On-Time-In-Full rate is currently 98.2%.
We typically use 18-tonne rigid vehicles with a tail lift and offload at kerbside, so please tell us about narrow roads, low bridges or weight limits when you order. Read our delivery information for full site requirements and delivery areas.

Building Regulations and Accredited Quality
Our Building Regs tools explain the current requirements for energy ratings, trickle vents, fire escape, PAS 24 security and protection from falling, including the differences between England, Wales and Scotland.
Products are manufactured to BS EN 14351, with BS EN 1279 insulating glass units, PAS 24 options and a 10-year insurance-backed manufacturing guarantee. Our products are UKCA marked.
