Main Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads from builders, self-builders, architects, and developers.
- Understand and interpret client plans and specifications to recommend appropriate window and door solutions.
- Produce accurate and competitive quotations using our internal systems.
- Present quotations and product benefits via video calls, phone, and email.
- Proactively follow up on all leads and quotations to maximise conversion.
- Build strong relationships with clients by offering excellent product knowledge, timely communication, and reliable support throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure product feasibility and delivery timelines.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales conversion rates, sales margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions using CRM software.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and new innovations in glazing solutions.

If you know how to turn a strong enquiry into a confirmed order, this is the role for you. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team in Brighouse, taking ownership of high-quality inbound leads from construction professionals and guiding them through to sale.
This is an office-based role where your product knowledge, commercial awareness and ability to build trust remotely will make the difference. You’ll be working with builders, architects, developers and self-builders, helping them navigate product choices, pricing and specifications with confidence, while driving conversion and margin at every stage.
The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:
- Proven experience in a similar sales role within the window, door, or wider building products industry.
- Strong technical understanding of glazing products and building project workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a clear and compelling way.
- Comfortable using video conferencing, phone, and email as primary sales tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset and a focus on profitability.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM and quotation software.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team when needed.
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills, effectively prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity.
