Hours: Full Time

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 (Negotiable)

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and deliver engaging content across all social platforms
  • Capture and produce high-quality content using phone, camera and drone
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong creative hooks
  • Produce longer-form content such as product features, installation case studies and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Photograph products, installations and team activity for use across all channels
  • Write clear, engaging copy tailored to each platform – great grammar is essential!
  • Act as a presenter for Quickslide content, including product walkthroughs, site visits and “day in the life” style content
  • Bring energy and personality to video content while maintaining a professional tone
  • Help position Quickslide as a knowledgeable and approachable brand in the industry
  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Think beyond likes and views, understanding how content supports lead generation, customer growth, recruitment and brand awareness, with a clear focus on ROI and business impact.
  • Plan and manage content calendars using Sprout Social to maintain consistency across platforms
  • Support digital campaigns promoting both Quickslide and our customers
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy through social media, showcasing company culture and opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Building and managing paid social campaigns
  • Creating ad content in video, static and carousel formats for the purpose of lead generation
  • Writing clear, engaging ad copy aimed at trade customers and homeowners where relevant
  • Managing targeting, budgets and campaign setup with a focus on lead quality and return on investment
  • Monitoring performance and making practical improvements based on what the data is saying
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team so paid activity and organic content work hand in hand
  • Manage day-to-day activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others
  • Adapt content to suit each platform and audience
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to capture and share relevant content

This isn’t a sit-back-and-schedule-posts kind of role.

Quickslide is growing, and as we scale the business, our digital presence is becoming more important than ever. We’re now looking for a dynamic, organised and self-motivated Social Media & Content Executive to take ownership of our social media profiles - someone who wants to build, create, and really shape how a leading fenestration brand shows up online.

This is a hands-on, creative role where no two days are the same. One day you could be on-site capturing a window installation, the next you’re filming short-form content in the factory, and the next you’re in front of the camera bringing a product to life.

We want to stand out, and you’ll play a central role in that.

This includes creating content across multiple platforms, building strong storytelling around our products and people, and helping us show the industry what makes Quickslide different. You’ll also be actively involved in how we use social media for recruitment, community engagement and brand awareness - including tapping into trade forums, Reddit-style communities and social media groups where real customer conversations are happening.

Please note, some travel will be required to capture installation content, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes footage.

We don’t expect perfection – we’re after ideas, energy and someone who wants to get stuck in. We have so much to work with, we make 1000s of windows every single week and never run out of content – we just need the right person to bring it all to life.

  • Someone who enjoys creating content - not just posting it
  • Confident on camera and happy to be part of the brand
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and what works on each
  • A good eye for visuals and attention to detail
  • Solid writing skills with a natural, down-to-earth tone (we’re a fun business!)
  • Organised, proactive and full of ideas
  • Comfortable working across different teams and out on-site
