Sales Project Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and track quotations for newbuild and large-scale residential projects using Business Micros Evolution or equivalent software.
- Work with developers, builders, and installers to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications and project details.
- Maintain ownership of the quotation process through to order confirmation and support the sales team in converting enquiries to confirmed orders.
- Act as the central point of contact between external stakeholders and internal departments.
- Manage project timelines and communicate clearly across all parties to ensure smooth progression from quote to manufacture.
- Ensure all project details are accurately documented and shared across relevant teams within CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Quickly identify potential risks, delays, or changes, and coordinate with the appropriate departments to put solutions in place.
- Support customers with product information, sample requests, and relevant documentation when required.
- Support the Sales Team in maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure that customer expectations are effectively managed and exceeded wherever possible.
- Report on key project KPIs, including quotation response times, conversion rates, and project progress.

This role sits at the heart of our new build operation. You’ll act as the bridge between property developers, architects, and the internal Quickslide team. From early design discussions through to final order and manufacture, you will translate a developer’s vision into a buildable, compliant and commercially successful solution.
You’ll also play an important part in expanding our presence in conservation and heritage-led projects. This includes supporting customers through planning and local council approval processes, advising on appropriate window solutions, and making sure specifications meet both aesthetic and performance requirements.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents.
- Commercially astute with strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
