Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for customer queries, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with the External Business Development Manager to identify and maximise growth opportunities.
  • Support the Order Processing Team by ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Work cross-functionally with production, logistics, and technical departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client projects.
  • Handle customer concerns proactively, maintaining a solutions-driven and customer-first attitude.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to the sales team.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes, tenders, and proposals when required.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture throughout the business.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management or sales, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships professionally and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
