Internal Account Manager
Location: Brighouse

At Quickslide, we're growing fast and looking for an ambitious Internal Account Manager to play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. This is more than a traditional account management role – we're looking for someone who combines exceptional customer service with a proactive sales mindset. You’ll need to thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into results.
Working closely with our External Business Development Managers, Order Processing Team, and wider business departments, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of trade customers, helping them grow their businesses while increasing sales across your accounts. You'll identify opportunities to upsell, reactivate dormant customers, and support the onboarding of high-potential new accounts.
You'll become a trusted partner to our trade customers, understanding their business goals and helping them maximise sales opportunities through our products and services. From nurturing long-term relationships to helping secure major new business wins, you'll play a substantial role in Quickslide's continued growth.

Marketing Data Activation Executive
Location: Brighouse HQ with opportunities for hybrid working
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £33 – 35k Negotiable
The Marketing Data Activation Executive will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, improving onboarding, and increasing retention to directly support sales performance and revenue growth. Sitting at the heart of the marketing function, this role uses customer data, behaviour, and insight to design, build, and refine communications across the customer lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and audience activation.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, and wider marketing team, you’ll help shape how we communicate with customers across their entire lifecycle - from first interaction through to long-term loyalty. This is a hands-on role rooted in strategy, creativity, data-driven decision making, and commercial impact.
We’re a well-established B2B manufacturer operating in a traditional industry, but we’re actively modernising how we engage with customers. That means introducing greater intelligence, automation, and structure into both our manufacturing processes and our customer communications. Success in this role will come from using data and insight to deliver relevant, well-timed messaging that improves engagement and sales conversions, while remaining mindful of a more traditional, relationship-led customer base.

Production Shift Manager (Nightshift)
Location: Brighouse
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 10.00pm – 6.00am

Quickslide is looking for a Production Shift Manager to take full ownership of shift operations across our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for delivering results today while driving improvements for tomorrow.
You’ll lead from the front, managing output, quality, safety and efficiency, while building a high-performing, accountable team. You’ll be responsible for leading production activity across one or more departments, ensuring targets for output, quality, safety and delivery are consistently achieved.
Acting as the central point of control during your shift, you’ll manage labour, monitor performance and respond quickly to any risks or issues. You’ll also play a key role in improving how the department operates, using data and practical problem-solving to raise standards over time.

We’re looking for a Class 2 Relief Driver/Loader to join our team in a varied, hands-on role where no two weeks are the same. You’ll split your time between supporting the loading operation, making sure vehicles are prepared safely and efficiently, and completing multi-drop deliveries across the UK in an 18T curtain sider, 18T box rigid or 3.5T van, including nights away when required.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly, ensuring our premium products are delivered safely, on time and in perfect condition, while representing the business out on the road with professionalism and pride.

From handling day-to-day queries and supporting employee relations matters, to advising on policies, procedures and best practice, you’ll help ensure a consistent and professional approach to people management at every level.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll also contribute to key HR initiatives, support ongoing process improvements, and help drive a positive, engaged workplace culture. You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, building strong relationships and ensuring HR continues to add real value as the business grows.
