Quality Champion

Location: Brighouse

Hours: Set shift patterns 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.

Salary: Negotiable

With a structured induction programme, experience within windows and doors is not always necessary, the exclusive induction will train on all aspects of the role that you'll need to succeed in

The Quality Champion is responsible for ensuring that product quality is maintained at the highest standard, with a key focus on preventing defects from reaching the customer. This role will drive proactive quality initiatives, reduce internal rework and recuts, perform thorough root cause analysis, and continuously improve operational standards and processes.

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 OTE
