Here at Quickslide we’re proud to be the UK’s largest family-owned manufacturer of uPVC sliding sash windows. As a long-standing British window manufacturer, we’ve been trusted by window installers and homebuilders across the country to supply high quality windows and doors for over 20 years – and counting!
When double glazing first took the UK by storm in the 1970s, you could see a plethora of lovely period properties having their often 200–300-year-old timber windows replaced with white plastic casements. They obviously gained the benefit of better insulation and low maintenance but often at the expense of the beautiful period look.
Identifying a need to right this wrong, Quickslide was established and began offering a product to introduce the period look but with modern benefits of uPVC.
In House Manufacturing & Quality Control
Every product we make is built in-house by our team of skilled fabricators, giving us full control over quality and consistency. We carry out live quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process – meaning checks don’t just happen at the end, but at every stage of production. This proactive approach helps us uphold our high standards by identifying anything that doesn’t meet our standards long before products reach our customers.
To back this up, Quickslide actually calls for its own regular independent audits to ensure ongoing compliance with British Standards, giving our customers confidence in the reliability and performance of our products.
Consistently Near-100% On-Time, In-Full – Quickslide’s efficient manufacturing and logistics processes mean that orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on schedule. Our custom-built dispatch system, combined with a site-wide barcode scanning process, provides full traceability of every product. This level of oversight allows for smarter planning, efficient delivery routes, and reduced lead times – all of which contribute to consistently high OTIF (On Time in Full) performance.

All our doors are available with an optional PAS 24 security upgrade available. Our new Stellar Aluminium Sliding Patio doors are actually manufactured PAS 24 compliant as standard when laminated glass is specified!
