Secured by Design (SBD) is an official UK Police initiative that aims to reduce crime in the home by promoting the use of high security standards for a wide range of applications and products. Quickslide’s PVCu and Timber Sliding Sash Windows, PVC Windows, Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors and Composite Doors have been recognised and accredited by SBD.
Censolutions Gold Licence
Our range come with the CMS Gold Licence for security. The gold licence is the result of a complete security testing package that ensures we are fully compliant with PAS24:2012.
Glass and Glazing federation
Quickslide is a member of the Glass and Glazing federation (GGF). The purpose of GGF is to monitor the performance of member companies to ensure the fenestration products and their installations are of the highest quality at all times.
The Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme (FENSA) ensures that the installation of replacement windows comply with building regulations for England and Wales.
TrustMark is a government endorsed not-for-profit scheme that operates a quality mark framework. The purpose of the scheme is to award registered companies with their accreditation after thorough on-site inspection to ensure they are raising industry standards.
Energy Saving Trust
Fenestration products with a WER rating of ‘A’ or above can be registered with the Energy Saving Trust. Quickslide’s PVCu Sash Windows and PVCu Casement windows carry the Energy Saving Trust Endorsed Logo.
The British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) is the UK’s national system for rating energy efficiency. The council have rated all Quickslide’s windows.
All products manufactured by Quickslide are CE marked, meaning that they are subject to the European product safety Directives. With this sign we declare conformity with all of the Directives relating to our products.
