What is the depth of your sliding sash frame?

The depth of our sliding sash window is 168mm from front to back.

I have purchased and installed them myself but how do I get a FENSA certificate?

Contact your local authority, tell them that you have changed the windows. They will arrange to come out and inspect and charge you a small fee.

Can your timber windows be installed into ‘listed’ properties or conservation areas?

Our Heritage Timber Sash Windows have previously been approved for both listed and conservation areas. If you’re working on a listed building or one located in a conservation area, it is important that you always get the project approved before proceeding with the order.

Where can I find a trusted installer of your products?

We offer installation in West Yorkshire and the York area, outside of that you can find one of our trade partners who will be able to supply and install.

Will I get a better energy rating if I choose argon gas?

The short answer is yes you will get a better rating and the windows will be more thermally efficient.

What is the depth of your glass unit?

Our sliding sash windows hold a 24mm unit.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Cash, Bank Transfers and all major Debit/Credit Cards (exc AMEX).

How will my windows or doors be delivered?

Delivery will be made using one of our own 18 tonne rigid box lorries. Please ensure their is access for this type of vehicle, if you can foresee an issue just tell us at the point of order so we can endeavour to make alternative arrangements. Our delivery driver will offload next to the vehicle, if you need the products putting somewhere specific then please ensure there is someone available to assist our driver.
