IT Support Engineer

Due to continued growth at Quickslide, we currently have a vacancy for an IT Support Engineer to join our existing IT team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual looking to expand their existing IT knowledge and skills and be part of a team committed to continuous improvement.

Providing 1st line technical support to employees within the organisation, the role requires a hands-on approach to problem solving and the ability to build strong working relationships with users and 3rd party support partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to day-to-day requests sent through to the help desk and logging support calls. Providing hands on 1st and 2nd line support to users across the site, resolving re- occurring problems.
  • Administration of software packages and end user configuration in conjunction with hardware, software, and back-end management.
  • Organisation, installation and configuration of hardware and software updates and patches, minimising disruption and always maintaining data integrity and security.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:
