• A. With standard Pilkington K glass it is 1.8 but this can be reduced to 1.65 by using Argon gas, warm edge spacer and Pilkington OptiWhite glass at approx. £25 per sq metre extra.

• A. Unfortunately both sash restrictors and night vents cannot be retrospectively fitted because each sash is reinforced with galvanized steel.
